At iDU Identification, we began as a local start-up with one clear mission: to disrupt outdated visitor management systems. Launched in 2020, our journey started in a landscape dominated by inefficient paper-based methods and outdated technology. From these modest beginnings, we’ve rapidly grown to serve over 350 venues, including well-known establishments such as Gilligans, Cali Beach, and Eatons Hill. Our approval by the Queensland Government helped set the stage for our expansion, and today we cater to a diverse range of venues, from bars and clubs to sports facilities and beyond.
